Work worthy of recognition at the 31st I.R. Iran's World Book Award

The closing ceremony and announcement of the 31st I.R. Iran's World Book Award winners was held on Saturday, July 8, in Rudaki Hall, Tehran. The translation of the book "Aquafeed Formulation" (Author: Sergio F Nates), by Dr. Ebrahim Sotoudeh, Faculty of Fisheries Department of the Persian Gulf University, was introduced as a meritorious work in the subject of applied sciences/agricultural engineering department. The book was published in 1401 in Persian Gulf University Press.

Times ranking 2024- Young Universities: Persian Gulf University ranked 3rd in Iran's young universities in the international index

Based on the results of the recently published Times Young (THE) 2024 ranking system, Persian Gulf University was ranked 3rd among all young Iranian universities in the International Outlook Index. It is noted that the Persian Gulf University has been ranked 2nd on the International Perspective Index among Iran's young comprehensive universities. According to the Times ranking system, a young university refers to a university that is less than 50 years old. This ranking is published every year to evaluate the state of the world's universities, and the Persian Gulf University has been ranked 401-500 among the world's young universities in the year 2024.

Times 2024 Asia ranking: Persian Gulf University among the top 4 universities in Iran in the international outlook

Based on the results of the recently published Times (THE) 2024 Asia ranking, Persian Gulf University has climbed 3 places to be among the top 4 comprehensive universities in Iran, along with Qom University, Tabriz University, and Ferdowsi University, in the International Outlook index. Persian Gulf University has scored 38.2 on the index of international outlook, with Istanbul University (Turkey) and Ochanomizu University (Japan).It is worth mentioning that Persian Gulf University has stabilized its position in the 401-500 rank in the Times Asia ranking 2024.
