Important Notice: Final Deadline for Dormitory Applications for Students Within Their Permitted Period of Study (First Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year)

Please be informed that all students who are within their permitted period of study and have not yet submitted a dormitory application for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year are required to submit their applications by the end of Friday, September 4, 2026.

Undergraduate and Ph.D. students: Students admitted in 2023 and later
Master’s students: Students admitted in 2025 and later

📍 Application Procedure:
SADA (ERP) → Dormitory Affairs → Select “Membership Application” → Register and complete all four pages → Submit to the Dormitory Administration

⚠️ Important Notes:

  1. Submitting an application does not guarantee accommodation. Applications are subject to review and available capacity.
  2. Priority will be given to students with no outstanding debt to the Welfare Fund, good behavioral records, and no disciplinary record.
  3. Failure to submit an application within the specified period will be considered as the student’s withdrawal from and lack of need for university accommodation.
